For most orders, there is a flat rate shipping/handling charge of $10.00.  For Tennessee orders, we must collect sales tax of 9%.

We are now taking VISA and MASTERCARD and have an e-mail order form to transmit your information (click here).   This is not on a secure server, as we are winding down our saddle activities.  We do have a secure server on another website - please contact us, and we can direct you to it.  You can also print out our order form and then mail it to us.  On some sales, we can accept Paypal payments - ask us. Please do not ask us to call you about your order or provide a phone number for information, as we are not staffed to handle telephone inquiries (we will provide a phone number if you prefer to call in your credit card information).  Please feel free to communicate via email before ordering, as we want to be sure before we proceed that what you are ordering is exactly what you want. If you are not happy with any item ordered, we will make full refund less cost of shipping upon return of the item in new condition within 2 weeks of receipt.
